almost not quite full moon

Karol got her tripod up and running last night after receiving the package from Really Right Stuff.  Can't wait to see your shots Karol!

It was a dark and stormy night ... ok maybe not stormy.  But there were scattered clouds.  And it did snow yesterday.  Full moons present a challenge in capturing a reasonable amount of contrast. I'm sure the scattered clouds didn't help.  Decided to process a shot with a a higher white point.  That may have contributed to the reduction in contrast relative to recent shots.
