New Old Man Specs

Got my new old man specs last night.  I finally ended my denial and got progressive lenses - new fangled bifocal lenses.

Ok, so now I can read without taking my glasses off or doing the trombone slide thing.  However, I am still getting used to the lenses.  I keep viewing things through the wrong spot in the glasses and the focus goes out of whack.  Karol tells me that eventually I will start tilting my head automatically to adjust focus.

Trying to evoke the 60's counter culture look.  I don't look as distinguished as Malcolm X did.  I think authentic old school > hipster retro.

Now waiting for my new shades.  I love FSAs - at least I can pay for glasses with pre-tax dollars!
